With the aim of sharing a passion for gastronomy, at Giraldo Cod we have a Cookery Class; a unique space for training and sharing where we accommodate for everything that is related to the world of food. In this space for meeting, learning, camaraderie, and enjoyment, above all we intend to transform ourselves into the most mouth-watering benchmark for leisure around. With a holding capacity of 50 students, in the main room we use the very latest technological advances in terms of facilities and equipment. The design of the room allows a full view from all angles and is a comfortable commodity for students. The activity and course calendar is designed around the general public and for all cookeries, from the most cutting-edge to the most traditional. Tips, advice, techniques and practical recipes will be savoured by all foodies. The ABC of cookery will be broken down in detailed classes which will allow students to choose and try out their favourite creations, in a comfortable and practical way, adapting itself around their way of life or work. Prestigious chefs, well-known cooks and renowned gourmets will be the celebrity Class tutors. Each one of them will serve up themes which have brought them fame and that will, definitely, give you a taste for cookery.
