In less than three decades we have gone from being a family-run business to a Group Enterprise with capital letters. Our move into desalted cod has transformed BACALAO GIRALDO into the largest business in the sector internationally.
The factors which have allowed us to transform ourselves into an undisputable benchmark of gastronomy are a perfect mix of innovation, fresh raw materials and experience, in a market which increasingly demands natural products with excellent nutritional properties.
In Bacalao Giraldo have our Cooking school, a unique space training and outreach where we accommodate everything related to the universe of the kitchen.
